Career History
After 12 years in retail management and 8 yrs traveling round the UK In Regional Food Safety and H&S Advisory Roles, I knew I needed to change direction. I re- trained as a Life Coach while still traveling, left ‘Corporate life’ and set up my Coaching Practice.

Some of my coaching successes are:
Seeing someone return to full time employment after divorce and illness.

Coaching a client on preparing for a job interview and she was successful.

Seeing a client achieve balance and resolve the tension between his familial responsibilities and his life’s passion.

One client’s life fulfillment rose on average by 30% and as a result  she felt confident to expand her business and handle whatever comes her way.

What I love about coaching
Clients expanding their world, making life changing breakthroughs and finding renewed purpose. Those ‘light bulb’ moments. It’s priceless. How much I learn from each client, which enriches me as a coach..

What three words describe me best?
Warm, positive, colourful

What do we need to transform our world?
Encouragement. A willingness to take responsibility in our lives. Recognition and acknowledgment at what we have already achieved.

The craziest thing I have ever done...
was also the sanest. At 34, I resigned from a successful, well paid job to run away to sea for 2 1/2 yrs. Trained as a dingy Instructor out in Greece, qualified as a Yacht Master out in Oz, completed in a class two Ocean Race and ended up on a three man team setting up and facilitating a new flotilla route in Croatia for an activity holiday Company. It was seriously crazy, it was hard work and a lot of fun! I learnt more than words can say.

What do I like to do on a Sunday Afternoon?
It has always been the lynch pin of my week, no matter where I’ve been. It’s about family, friends, good food, nice wine, plenty of ‘craic’ (I’m irish!) and the Sunday papers. Sets me up for the week to come…

My greatest ambition is...
To continue to discover and unleash my potential and always be curious to learn more.

How I support my well being
Holistic therapies, meditation, Salsa dancing, quality time with friends & family, continuing my personal development, jumping in puddles with Keegan my dog and of course there’s also chilling out on the sofa with a large glass of wine!!
