How does it work in practice?
1. Complimentary consultation
Contact me to book a time for a free consultation. This lasts up to an hour and covers what to expect during the coaching process, a taster session as well discussing practical arrangements.
When you have booked a time I will send you an introductory coaching form to complete and return before we speak. This will help you identify the key issues you want to work on.
The free consultation enables us to get to know each other and decide if we could work well together. By the end of the consultation I will have a good idea of where you are coming from and you will enough info to decide if working with me will work for you.

2 - The Coaching Process
There are various coaching packages on offer, so you can decide which 'life pattern' level will suit you as every client is individual in their approach and pace. Again this is something that can be discussed during the free consultation. There is also phone and email support between sessions included, as and when required.
Life pattern one 1 session per month
Life pattern two 2 sessions per month
Life pattern three 4 sessions per month
Life pattern four 3mth programme of nine sessions
After the initial consultation, one off coaching sessions are also available, as and when needed - for example: job interviews, returning to work after long absence.
Life pattern four is excellent for new clients. Three sessions per month for the first three months enables you to establish desired changes and keep momentum going as you hit resistance, which is part of the change process and were most people can struggle.
Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and by the end of each session you will have determined what steps you are going to take and by when.
A coaching preparation form will be sent to you to complete before each session. This will allow you to optimize your results and our time together.
The form acts as record of what you’ve achieved which is so important as sometimes the most profound changes come from the smallest actions. It also helps you identify any blocks which are holding you back which can then be removed.
At the end of the initial three months, a thorough review will be conducted of what you’ve achieved and how your life pattern has changed as well as determining how the changes will be maintained. At this time you can decide if you want to continue with further coaching.
